Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to detect sample NOTCH3 gene variant status. This kit includes standard controls (NOTCH3 standard controls, NOTCH3 SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate NOTCH3 gene variant detection results.
