ACCUiN GBA/LRRK2 Genotyping Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human LRRK gene rs33949390 and rs34778348 and GBA gene rs421016 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes. ACCUiN GBA/LRRK2 Genotyping Kit can determine rs33949390, rs34778348, and rs421016 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to determine sample LRRK and GBA genotype combinations. This kit includes standard controls (LRRK/GBA standard controls, LRRK/GBA SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate LRRK and GBA genotype combinations.
