ACCUiN ALDH2 Genotyping Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human ALDH2 gene rs671 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes. ACCUiN ALDH2 Genotyping Kit can determine rs671 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to determine sample ALDH2 genotype combinations. This kit includes standard controls (ALDH2 standard controls, ALDH2 SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate ALDH2 genotype combinations.
