ACCUiN SMA CE Screening Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human SMN1 and SMN2 gene copy numbers. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to determine sample SMN1 and SMN2 gene copy numbers. ACCUiN SMA CE Screening Kit includes standard controls (SMA standard controls, SMA SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate SMN1 and SMN2 gene copy numbers.
