ACCUiN Fragile X Screening Kit v2 is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine the number of CGG sequence repeats in the 5' untranslated region of the human FMR1 gene. ACCUiN Fragile X Screening Kit v2 can determine the amplification count of FMR1 CGG, and also includes specific primers for amplifying X chromosome and Y chromosome genes to determine the number of X chromosome sets in subjects and accurately assess CGG repeat counts. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragment length to determine the number of CGG fragment repeats. This kit includes standard controls (FXS standard controls, FXS SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate FMR1 CGG repeat counts. ACCUiN Fragile X Screening Kit v2 can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
