ACCUiN SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit is designed using TaqMan probe real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (Real-time quantitative PCR) technology, suitable for detecting SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA. ACCUiN SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit targets the SARS-CoV-2 RdRp gene and includes human ribonuclease P (RNase P, RNP) gene to ensure sample integrity. This kit includes positive control (PC), internal control (IC), and non-template control (NTC) to monitor the accuracy of the detection process and exclude false negative or false positive results. ACCUiN SARS-CoV-2 Detection Kit can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
