ACCUiN SARS-CoV-2/FluA/FluB Detection Kit is designed using TaqMan probe real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (Real-time quantitative PCR) technology, capable of simultaneously detecting SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A, and Influenza B viral RNA. ACCUiN SARS-CoV-2/FluA/FluB Detection Kit targets SARS-CoV-2 RdRp gene, Influenza A M gene, and Influenza B NS1 gene, and includes human ribonuclease P (RNase P, RNP) gene to ensure sample integrity. This kit includes positive control (PC), internal control (IC), and non-template control (NTC) to monitor the accuracy of the detection process and exclude false negative or false positive results. ACCUiN SARS-CoV-2/FluA/FluB Detection Kit can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
