ACCUiN NOTCH3 Genotyping Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human NOTCH3 gene variants. ACCUiN NOTCH3 Genotyping Kit can determine NOTCH3 gene variants, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to detect sample NOTCH3 gene variant status. This kit includes standard controls (NOTCH3 standard controls, NOTCH3 SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate NOTCH3 gene variant detection results. ACCUiN NOTCH3 Genotyping Kit can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
