ACCUiN MTHFR Genotyping Kit v2 is designed using TaqMan probe real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (Real-time quantitative PCR) technology for determining human MTHFR gene c.677 and c.1298 genotypes. ACCUiN MTHFR Genotyping Kit v2 includes standard controls (MTHFR standard controls, MTHFR SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate MTHFR genotype combinations. ACCUiN MTHFR Genotyping Kit v2 can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
