ACCUiN LCT Genotyping Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human LCT gene non-coding region rs4988235 and rs182549 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes. ACCUiN LCT Genotyping Kit can determine rs4988235 and rs182549 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to determine sample LCT genotype combinations. This kit includes standard controls (LCT standard controls, LCT SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate LCT genotype combinations. ACCUiN LCT Genotyping Kit can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
