ACCUiN KRAS Ex2 Mutation Screening Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human KRAS gene exon 2 mutations. ACCUiN KRAS Ex2 Mutation Screening Kit can detect exon 2 mutations, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to detect sample KRAS exon 2 mutation status. This kit includes standard controls (KRAS standard controls, KRAS SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate KRAS mutation detection results. ACCUiN KRAS Ex2 Mutation Screening Kit can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
