ACCUiN JAK2 Ex14 Mutation Screening Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human JAK2 gene V617F mutation in exon 14. ACCUiN JAK2 Ex14 Mutation Screening Kit can detect V617F mutation, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to detect sample JAK2 V617F mutation status. This kit includes standard controls (JAK2 standard controls, JAK2 SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate JAK2 mutation detection results. ACCUiN JAK2 Ex14 Mutation Screening Kit can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
