ACCUiN HLA-DQ2/DQ8 Genotyping Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 genotypes. ACCUiN HLA-DQ2/DQ8 Genotyping Kit can determine HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 genotypes, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to determine sample HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 genotype combinations. This kit includes standard controls (HLA-DQ2/DQ8 standard controls, HLA-DQ2/DQ8 SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 genotype combinations.
