ACCUiN HLA-B27 Genotyping Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human HLA-B27 genotype. ACCUiN HLA-B27 Genotyping Kit can determine HLA-B27 genotype, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to determine sample HLA-B27 genotype combinations. This kit includes standard controls (HLA-B27 standard controls, HLA-B27 SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate HLA-B27 genotype combinations. ACCUiN HLA-B27 Genotyping Kit can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
