ACCUiN F2/F5 Genotyping Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human F2 and F5 gene variants. ACCUiN F2/F5 Genotyping Kit can determine F2 and F5 gene variants, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to detect sample F2 and F5 gene variant status. This kit includes standard controls (F2/F5 standard controls, F2/F5 SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate F2 and F5 gene variant detection results. ACCUiN F2/F5 Genotyping Kit can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
