ACCUiN CYP1A2 Genotyping Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human CYP1A2 gene polymorphism. ACCUiN CYP1A2 Genotyping Kit can determine CYP1A2 gene polymorphism, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to determine sample CYP1A2 genotype combinations. This kit includes standard controls (CYP1A2 standard controls, CYP1A2 SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate CYP1A2 genotype combinations.
