ACCUiN ADH1B/ALDH2 Genotyping Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human ADH1B gene rs1229984 and ALDH2 gene rs671 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes. ACCUiN ADH1B/ALDH2 Genotyping Kit can determine rs1229984 and rs671 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to determine sample ADH1B and ALDH2 genotype combinations. This kit includes standard controls (ADH1B/ALDH2 standard controls, ADH1B/ALDH2 SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate ADH1B and ALDH2 genotype combinations.
