ACCUiN Mitochondrial Ototoxicity Risk Screening Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine human mitochondrial RNR1 gene m.1494 and m.1555 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes. ACCUiN Mitochondrial Ototoxicity Risk Screening Kit can determine mitochondrial RNR1 m.1494 and m.1555 single nucleotide polymorphism genotypes, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragments to determine sample mitochondrial RNR1 m.1494 and m.1555 genotypes. This kit includes standard controls (MT standard controls, MT SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate mitochondrial RNR1 m.1494 and m.1555 genotypes.
