ACCUiN Huntington's Disease Screening Kit is designed using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technology to determine the number of cytosine-adenine-guanine (CAG) trinucleotide repeats in the first exon of the human HTT (Huntingtin) gene. ACCUiN Huntington's Disease Screening Kit can determine the amplification count of HTT CAG, and also includes specific primers for amplifying human internal control genes (Internal control, IC) to ensure sample integrity of subjects and accurately assess CAG repeat counts. Through PCR technology to amplify test sample DNA, and using capillary electrophoresis analyzer to determine amplified fragment length to determine the number of CAG fragment repeats. This kit includes standard controls (HTT standard controls, HTT SCs) for monitoring the accuracy of the detection process and results, providing accurate HTT CAG repeat counts. ACCUiN Huntington's Disease Screening Kit can provide at least 100 detection reactions.
