ACCUiN LRRK/GBA Genotyping Kit is designed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology to determine genotypes of human LRRK gene variants, rs33949390 and rs34778348, and GBA gene variant, rs421016. ACCUiN LRRK/GBA Genotyping Kit detects the SNP genotypes of rs33949390, rs34778348, and rs421016 and includes specific primers for amplifying a human internal control gene (Internal Control, IC) to ensure the integrity of the test sample. The specific regions of LRRK and GBA genes are amplified using PCR technology, and the amplified fragments are measured by capillary electrophoresis to determine the LRRK and GBA genotype combinations. ACCUiN LRRK/GBA Genotyping Kit includes LRRK/GBA standard controls (LRRK/GBA SCs) to monitor the accuracy of the testing workflow and results, ensuring precise LRRK/GBA genotyping. ACCUiN LRRK/GBA Genotyping Kit accommodates at least 100 testing reactions.
