ACCUiN HLA-DQ2/DQ8 Genotyping Kit is designed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology to determine genotypes of human HLA-DQA1*05, HLA-DQB1*02, HLA-DQA1*03 and HLA-DQB1*03:02. ACCUiN HLA-DQ2/DQ8 Genotyping Kit detects the genotypes of HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 and includes specific primers for amplifying a human internal control gene (Internal Control, IC) to ensure the integrity of the test sample. The specific regions of HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 genes are amplified using PCR technology, and the amplified fragments are measured by capillary electrophoresis to determine the HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 genotype combinations. ACCUiN HLA-DQ2/DQ8 Genotyping Kit includes HLA-DQ2/DQ8 standard controls (HLA-DQ2/DQ8 SCs) to monitor the accuracy of the testing workflow and results, ensuring precise HLA-DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 genotyping. ACCUiN HLA-DQ2/DQ8 Genotyping Kit accommodates at least 100 testing reactions.
