The specific region of HLA-B27 gene is amplified using PCR technology, and the amplified fragments are measured by capillary electrophoresis to determine the HLA-B27 genotype. ACCUiN HLA-B27 Genotyping Kit includes HLA-B27 standard controls (HLA-B27 SCs) to monitor the accuracy of the testing workflow and results, ensuring precise HLA-B27 genotyping.
