ACCUiN F2/F5 Genotyping Kit is designed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology to determine genotypes of human F2 gene variant, rs1799963, and F5 gene variant, rs6025. ACCUiN F2/F5 Genotyping Kit detects the SNP genotypes of rs1799963, and rs6025 and includes specific primers for amplifying a human internal control gene (Internal Control, IC) to ensure the integrity of the test sample. The specific regions of F2 and F5 genes are amplified using PCR technology, and the amplified fragments are measured by capillary electrophoresis to determine the F2 and F5 genotype combinations. ACCUiN F2/F5 Genotyping Kit includes F2/F5 standard controls (F2/F5 SCs) to monitor the accuracy of the testing workflow and results, ensuring precise F2/F5 genotyping. ACCUiN F2/F5 Genotyping Kit accommodates at least 100 testing reactions.
